GERALD LEE HOOD
Gerald Lee Hood was born October 23, 1962 in Marshall, Missouri and departed this life on December 31, 2025 at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 63 years, 2 months and 8 days.
He was the son of James Ray Hood, Sr. and Dianna J. (Glanville) Hood.
Gerald spent most of his life in Pleasant Hill, Missouri, graduating from Pleasant Hill High school in 1981. He was employed by Dish Network as an installer.
Gerald was loved by everyone he touched and they were better for knowing him. He was an angel sent down from above and will be truly missed by all that loved him.
Gerald was preceded in death by his father, James Ray Hood, Sr.
He is survived by his mother, Dianna J. Hood of Gravois Mill, Missouri; his life partner, Julie Brewer of the home; son, Sam Hood of Pleasant Hill, Missouri; daughter, Rachel Hood and husband Jared Eangle of Independence, Missouri; brother, James Ray Hood, Jr. of Gravois Mills, Missouri; other relatives and many friends.
Cremation has been accorded. No services are scheduled.
