BRYANNA ELIZABETH TERRY-CLAYTOR

Bryanna Elizabeth Terry-Claytor was born October 25, 1996 in Kansas City, Missouri and departed this life on April 27, 2024 at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas, at the age of 27 years, 6 months and 2 days.

She was the daughter of Donald Ray and Shannon Michelle (Starr) Terry.

Bryanna grew up in Cleveland, Missouri and attended Cass Midway High School. Later, she attended Paola Adult Education Center in Paola, Kansas where in 2022 she obtained her GED with some of the highest scores ever recorded in the state of Kansas.

Bryanna and her husband Codie Lee Claytor owned and operated Proud American Construction Company.

Bryanna was a loving, kind and compassionate young women who loved spending time with her family and friends and would help them in any way she could. She enjoyed horses and horseback riding, all genre of music, hunting fishing, going to museums, was an avid reader, and was fascinated with anything to do with science. Bryanna was very artistic and could see the beauty in nature and in life. She loved any and all animals, and had adopted many that needed a loving home and a gentle touch.

Bryanna was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Susie and Luther Mack; her maternal grandmother, Michelle Coakley; aunt and uncle, John and Sandy Sullivan and, three cousins, Kirby High, Charles Webb and Scott Webb.

She is survived by her parents, Donald Ray and Shannon Michelle Terry, her husband, Codie Lee Claytor and her brother, Michael Starr all of Cleveland, Missouri; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.

Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be scheduled at a later date.

    Bryanna was named after me 27 years ago. She was such a terrific neice! I am going to forever miss her. My condolences to my sister, brother in law and nephew for the loss of this very special person. This isn’t the end, we will all see her on the other side.
